Your Young Talent Academy
For some years now there has been a growing awareness within the Employee Benefits/PMI industry of the shortage of credible talent.
Recruitment can be challenging, time consuming and frustrating. Structured long-term succession planning suffers when there are not enough bright ambitious executives, challenging the status quo.
Here at Health Exec Search, we have many conversations in the market about escalating salaries and a perceived lack of value to the employer.
Something needs to be done, and we would like to play our part in promoting the EB/PMI industry to bright young affordable commercial executives, who would be interested in building a career in this market.
We are proposing to invest time in looking to create a pipeline of affordable second jobbers who would have some commercial experience and envisage joining an organisation for an initial salary of £28-35k per annum.
The competition to gain the attention of this target audience is immense , which is why this is no overnight fix but rather a concentrated and focused approach which could produce significant dividends for companies interested in second jobber profiles.
Does this initiative interest you and if so, how could we bespoke our efforts to suit your needs?
